Kale Yeah!
Ingredients:
6 cups kale
2 cups almond milk
1 cup frozen mango chunks
1 frozen banana
1 green apple, seeded and quartered
½ lemon, juiced

Directions: Pour the almond milk into the blender. Add the additional ingredients into the blender and run on the “smoothie” setting or blend on high for 45 Seconds. Use the Tamper to push the ingredients into the bottom of the blender if necessary.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 ½ frozen bananas
3 tbsp creamy peanut butter
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions: Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.

Chillax
Ingredients:
½ cup spinach
1 banana
¼ cup frozen blueberries
¼ cup frozen mango
¼ cup frozen peaches
1 tbsp flax seed
½ cup Greek yogurt
½ cup almond milk

Directions: Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.

Key Lime Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
¼ cup Greek yogurt
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp lime zest
1 tsp honey
2 scoops plant-based protein powder
½ cup ice cubes

Directions: Place all of your ingredients into a blender and blend on the smoothie setting. Use the Tamper to push the ingredients into the bottom of the blender if necessary.

Superfood Smoothie
Ingredients:
For the Smoothie:
3 kale leaves
½ cup pineapple
3 kiwis, peeled
1 lime, juiced
½ cup cold water
½ cup ice

For the Chia Topping:
½ cup cold water
3 tbsp chia seeds

Directions: Mix the chia topping together and set in the fridge for an hour. Blend the smoothie ingredients together and pour into a glass. Top with the chia mixture.
