Football Shaped Triple Fudge Brownies

Hint hint: This recipe works best with the Dash Omelette Maker.

Ingredients

6 oz bittersweet chocolate

2 oz unsweetened chocolate

¾ cup

(1 ½ sticks) butter

1 ½ cups sugar

2 tsp vanilla extract

4 eggs

1 tsp salt

1 cup flour

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

chopped walnuts or shredded coconut (optional)

Directions

Melt chocolate and butter together until smooth. In a separate bowl, whisk

eggs. Stir in sugar and vanilla extract. Add egg mixture to chocolate and mix.

Then, add salt and flour, stirring until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips

and walnuts or coconut (optional).

Plug in Omelette Maker and lightly grease Cooking Surfaces. Once preheated,

pour batter (about ½ cup) into the lower Cooking Surface. Close the Cover and

cook for 9-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.

5 Spice Chicken Wings

Ingredients

4 complete chicken wings, split into flats and drumsticks 

½ tsp kosher salt

1 tsp 5 spice powder

½ cup all-purpose flour 

1 tsp vegetable oil

Directions (Temperature: 400ºF Time: 25-30 minutes)

Place chicken wings on paper towels and pat to dry thoroughly. Toss with kosher salt and 5 spice powder. 

Dredge chicken wings in all-purpose flour and shake off excess. Toss chicken wings with vegetable oil. 

Place only flats or only drumsticks in the Air Fryer and fry 25 minutes for flats and 30 minutes for drumsticks.
