Popsicles, Slurpees, and Pina Coladas in Your Own Kitchen!

Pina Colada Panna Cotta

15 oz coconut milk
½ cup almond milk
3 tbsp corn starch
3 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tsp almond extract
1 cup finely sliced pineapple

Heat coconut milk (a Dash Hot Pot is best for this step). Mix together corn starch and coconut sugar and add almond milk. Pour almond milk mixture into the coconut milk and cook until thick. Add almond extract and pour into glasses. Refrigerate and top with pineapple.

Watermelon Slurpee

5 cups frozen watermelon
Juice of a lime
Sprig of fresh mint
1 cup sparkling water

Blend all ingredients in the Dash Chef Series Blender until consistency is icy and smooth. Pour into chilled glasses with a sugarcoated rim and serve.

100% Strawberry Popsicles

2 lbs very ripe strawberries

Wash strawberries and remove stems. Blend them in the Dash Chef Series Blender until a smooth purée is achieved. Pour strawberry purée into molds and freeze for one hour. Place wooden sticks into semi-frozen popsicles and freeze for another three hours.
