Pride Açaí Bowl Recipe

Continue to ring in Pride Month with this rainbow açaí bowl recipe! Use the ingredients and step-by-step directions in this post to celebrate alongside us for the rest of Pride Month and beyond.

100 grams of frozen açaí purée
⅓ cup frozen banana
⅓ cup frozen blueberries
1 cup skim milk
⅛ tsp vanilla extract
Sliced strawberries
Sliced oranges
Sliced bananas
Sliced kiwis
Fresh blueberries
Crumbled granola

1. Add açaí purée, frozen banana, frozen blueberries, vanilla extract, and milk to a high-powered blender. Blend until its consistency is a thick liquid.

2. Pour the thick liquid into a self-serving bowl. Add a layer of granola on top. Lay fruit to create arching columns of sliced strawberries, oranges, bananas, kiwis, and fresh whole blueberries on top of granola in that order. The pattern makes a rainbow.

3. Top with a spoonful of peanut butter and additional granola or drizzle honey, if desired. Enjoy!
