How do I get a product manual?

Every Dash product comes with a complete product manual to get you started. If you haven’t received a product manual, or have misplaced yours, simply visit our Help page to access our full library of product manuals. To obtain the manual PDF, add the digital manual to your cart and follow the checkout process. Each manual is completely free, simply fill in your address and click through the steps to check out your manual. There is no need to enter any other information.

How do I get a part for my product?

In order to receive an extra part, please head over to our Parts store or contact Customer Support.

What if I have a question about a product?

How do I register my product?

My product arrived broken, how do I exchange it?

We are so sorry! Your Dash product comes with a 1-year warranty period during which you can exchange or return it for the same item. Our Customer Support team will be happy to assist when processing your warranty claim. If troubleshooting fails to fix the problem, we are happy to replace the item or defective part. We do require proof of purchase as well as your full name, shipping address, and telephone number.

How long will it take before I receive my product?

Our processing time takes 1-2 business days before we ship. If you place an order over the weekend, the processing time will begin on the next business day.

How do I return my product by mail?

We are thrilled to accept any necessary returns or exchanges, however, we do require proof of purchase to complete your request. Please contact our Customer Support team when returning or exchanging a product.

My product has not arrived, what should I do?

Depending on where you live, your product may take longer or shorter to ship. The processing time for our products takes up to 2 business days. If your product has not arrived after seven business days, please contact our legendary Customer Support team for more information.

How do I change or cancel my order?

To change or cancel an order for a product, please contact Customer Support. When you have cancelled your order, you will be issued a full refund and will receive an email notification that your order was cancelled.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $30! We ship UPS and comply with standard UPS shipping rates based on dimensions and the weight of your products. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to a PO box.

Do you ship to Canada? 

While we love our Canadian friends, unfortunately we are unable to ship to Canada at this time.

Can I have my product(s) gift-boxed?

Our products arrive in our unique Dash packaging. While we do not include gift wrapping, our Bow & Go Mini Makers come with their own packaging style complete with a convenient bow for easy gift-giving.

Do you have a gift registry?

We do not have a registry at the moment. Check out our Dash blog for inspiration and gift ideas.


What happens when I make a Dash account?

When you make an account on our website, you can securely save your payment methods, shipping addresses, shopping carts, and order information. This makes for a faster checkout experience!

How do I change my email address and password? 

If you need to update your email address, it is necessary to create a new account. You can use the “Forgot password?” link in the Sign In window to reset your password.

Can I save a PayPal account as my payment method?

Sorry! Customers can only save credit card information and billing addresses.

Can I check out without creating a Dash account?

Yes, signing into an account at checkout is optional. Customers without an account can check out as a guest.
