Cookie D'Oh Yes Please!

This edible unprocessed cookie dough is the stuff of dreams. All of our dreams, because you cannot not love them. This Feel-Good Recipe comes from our amazing Instagram, is super easy to make, and is actually really great for you. The cashews add a boost of protein and the honey helps give that sweetness we all crave. Make these ahead be PUMPED to snack all week! Or make them when you're just craving some cookie dough and really want to eat the whole package. With these babies, you'll have no problem. 

Edible Cookie Dough
1 cup cashews
1/2 cup oats
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS: Blend cashews and oats in a blender until a coarse meal is achieved and dump into a bowl add the honey, maple syrup, and vanilla and stir until combined. Fold in chocolate chips. Scoop dough into small balls and refrigerate until firm.
