Zucchini Burgers from Scratch



2 small zucchinis, shredded, and squeezed dry, about 2 cups
¾ cup corn
2 tablespoons almond butter
1 egg
½ cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
½ teaspoon sea salt
 1 teaspoon paprika


Using the Dash Rapid Peeler, peel the two zucchinis until you have about 2 cups of strands. Squeeze the zucchini in paper towels to get rid of excess moisture. Add them to a bowl along with the almond butter, egg, and corn. In another bowl combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and paprika. Pour flour mixture over zucchini and mix well using your hands if necessary. Shape into four patties and cook in the Dash Mini Makers until golden and crisp.
