Our gameday nachos are the good luck charm you need to bring home the “W” come Sunday. Regardless of who’s rooting for who, once these bad boys are served, your opponents will become proponents. So kickoff the game right with our enticingly meaty and equally as cheesy nachos!
Time: 20 Minutes
8 oz flank steak, cubed
1 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste
1 avocado, diced
½ cup chopped cilantro
2 tomatoes, diced
1½ cups cheddar cheese, finely grated
13 oz tortilla chips (1 bag)
In the skillet, sauté the flank steak in the olive oil on medium heat until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper. Set meat aside and turn skillet off. Layer chips, cheese, and steak in the skillet and turn it to medium.
Place the lid on the skillet and allow the nachos to heat and the cheese to melt. Turn the heat off and top with avocado, tomatoes, cilantro, and fresh lime juice.
